Julie Marquardt named to Homecoming Court at Concordia University, Nebraska

Julie Marquardt of Janesville, Minn., a senior at Concordia University, Nebraska, was named to Concordia's 2013 Homecoming Court. Members of the court were announced after a vote by the student body to kick off a week of festivities.

Erin Wineman was crowned queen and Joel Newton was crowned king during halftime on Oct. 12. The No. 15 Bulldog football team went on to defeat rival and No. 22-ranked Nebraska Wesleyan, 19-3, in a tilt billed as the NAIA Football Game of the Week.
