Sarah Krause and the Concordia theater department presents "Older Days".

2018 Apr 4

Concordia University, Nebraska, will present "Older Days" at 7:30 p.m., on Friday, March 23; Saturday, March 24; and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 25 at the Olde Glory Theatre located at 348 Jackson Ave. in Seward, Nebraska.

The play is written and directed by Michael Duffy. It is the second of his plays to be produced at Concordia as his earlier work "A Ministerial Study", was presented in the One-Act Play Festival two years ago. "Older Days" is a dramatic comedy centered around a young man who achieves wealth and popularity by a sudden success. The play explores the way he is affected by these changes and by the people he meets.

"The actors are tackling this challenging script and their characters with balance and focus, and I am excited to see them continue this process toward a solid production," said Bryan Moore, associate professor of communication and theatre. "They are very excited to share this story with the audience."

The doors open a half hour before each performance. Tickets are $3 for Concordia students, staff and faculty members and $5 for the general public and are available for purchase at the Concordia Bookstore or at the door.
