Career and Graduate Fair offers opportunities to students

Seward, NE (02/08/2019) — Concordia University, Nebraska hosted its annual Career and Graduate Fair on Feb. 1, in the Cattle Conference Room, located in the Janzow Campus Center on Concordia's campus.

Businesses such as Midwest Laboratories, Modern Woodman of America, Celeron, Teach Beyond and the Nebraska Department of Corrections were in attendance, connecting with candidates for internships and employment. Positions available covered a broad range of job types and fields of study.

While the Career Fair was targeted towards current students and recent graduates of Concordia University, Nebraska, any interested parties were welcome and encouraged to attend.

Various prizes, including a $300 scholarship, a television and more, were awarded to Concordia student attendees.

The event was run by a volunteer team of eight students and was overseen by Corey Gray, director of career development at Concordia University.
