Concordia University, Nebraska names new MBA Adjunct Instructor

Seward, NE (06/03/2026) — Concordia University, Nebraska today announced that the university has named Krystal Parker as an adjunct instructor in the university's MBA program. Parker is the president and founder of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, a national movement equipping Christian business leaders to integrate faith, excellence and influence in the marketplace. She also serves as principal of Intent & Impact, a consulting firm focused on aligning strategy, culture and measurable performance.

"Krystal Parker is uniquely qualified to teach our new MBA core course, 'Theology of Work and Christian Business Ethics,' because she embodies the integration of faith, leadership and marketplace excellence that we seek to instill in our students," said Concordia Nebraska MBA Program Director, Dr. George Arnold. "Her extensive executive leadership experience, combined with her national influence through the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce and her deep commitment to biblical principles, gives students the opportunity to learn from a leader who has successfully navigated complex business environments with both professional excellence and Christian conviction. Krystal brings authentic real-world insight into what it means to lead faithfully and ethically in today's marketplace."

With 25 years of executive leadership experience-including as a former Fortune 200 oil and gas executive-Parker has led award-winning teams serving millions of customers across the United States. Her work centers on helping leaders navigate complexity, build strong organizational culture and lead with conviction in demanding environments. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Ottawa University and completed her executive education at Harvard Business School, concentrating on innovation, globalization and leadership diversity. She is the best-selling author of "The Best Robot Wins," coauthor of "Kingdom Commerce" and author of "The Christian CEO: Formation Under Pressure," a leadership work examining how faith shapes decision-making when clarity is incomplete and responsibility is heavy.

"What energizes me most about the opportunity to teach at Concordia is being part of a Christian university that is standing firm in biblical values while equipping leaders to enter the marketplace with both excellence and conviction," said Parker. "We are living in a time when faith-driven leadership matters deeply, and I believe Concordia is helping prepare leaders to make a meaningful impact in business, culture and communities around the world."

Concordia Nebraska's all-online MBA program allows participants to customize the degree to fit individual career goals. Alongside the graduate program's ten core business courses, students also complete a choice of two elective courses in a preferred area of interest.

Concordia University, Nebraska has partnered with the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce (USCCC) to offer the university's Studia Vitae continuing education units (CEUs), single graduate courses, graduate certificates and full graduate degree programs to the group's members at a lower preferred partner rate. Individuals affiliated with eligible preferred partners such as USCCC receive exclusive tuition pricing and enjoy mission alignment through courses and programs that advance the shared priorities of both organizations.
