Rev. Dr. Robert Bennett to speak about spiritual warfare at Concordia University, Nebraska
Presentation is part of Looking Beyond Speaker Series
Seward, NE (01/17/2020) — Rev. Dr. Robert Bennett, an international mission specialist and visiting professor of missiology at Concordia Theological Seminary, will present "Spiritual Warfare: Demonic Possession and Exorcism" as part of the Looking Beyond Speaker Series at Concordia University Feb. 11 at 7 p.m., in the Weller Hall auditorium. This presentation is free and open to the public.
Bennett has been dedicated to studying the topic of spirituality. His research includes various forms of animism found in North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Europe, leading to publishing three books on the study of spiritual warfare and demonic possession. In addition to serving the Concordia Theological Seminary, Bennett is the executive director of Luther Academy in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The presentation is part of the Looking Beyond Speaker Series made possible in part through an ongoing gift from Martin and Regina Maehr. The series was created to present diverse speakers and ideas to Concordia students and the Seward community.
