Concordia University, Nebraska celebrated the Christmas season with its annual Christmas at Concordia concerts Dec. 5-7 at St. John Lutheran Church in Seward. Christmas at Concordia weekend also included the 20th annual Scholarship Parade of Homes and a community reception.

A group of three computer programming students, called the J-Team, from Concordia University, Nebraska placed in the top 10 percent of the region in the ACM North Central North America Programming Contest held Nov. 8 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Three teams participated in the contest.

Concordia's chapters of Sigma Tau Delta and Pi Kappa Delta inducted new members this week. Sigma Tau Delta is a national honor society for students studying English. Pi Kappa Delta is a national honor society for students involved in communication classes and forensics.
